Afriguy - I'm trying to tweak my line on the user control panel - it always fails and says try again or contact support.

I didn't think of them either till I started looking for a proper IS based account. Most of the ISPs shape their IS accounts to hell and back and why the IS backbone has a bad rep when it's the ISPs.

I'm hopeful. Then again, when I had issues on regular uncapped they gave me a diagnostics account to "test with", and simply never got back to me again. Eventually got fed up & moved to business. Déjà vu.

Well, I am leaving Telkom. I was thinking that Afrihost Business would be the next obvious choice, but after reading the last bit of this thread... :erm:
