Good grief I cant beleive my eyes, netflix streaming pushed to 720hd on my biz ucapped. First time in over a week. Are we finally seeing light at the end of lack of capacity tunnel?! My biz uncapped is back to what it should be.
Obviously my presencehaha. It turns out - my friend called telkom and they were upgrading the Cape Town IPC (the hardware in general), and were constantly swapping out ports etc. I don't know if this is related, but it could be

Are they still busy with it?
Starting to get really p*&*ed off with this pathetic service, once again cannot watch any TwitchTV. 4MB line and nothing works.
Running Peerblock?
Same problems with my 4Mbps Business Uncapped account. Twitch is broken, buffers every 20 seconds even on low. Streaming and browsing is also very slow. This started last week, would have expected it to be resolved by now.
I don't think you're understanding the difference between shaping and lack of IPC capacity.
Streaming is broken in the South tonight. pause-play-pause-play. Just infuriating.

This is crazy on a 4MB business account and after hours as well
Tried to test my line via ClientZone and it fails.
well I do understand this ... I am told that business is unshaped.... I am sahped to death on the standard package.
If Afriman says I am unshaped - then its so. The available capacity is prioritised to business. Speed due to exchange congestion is a totally different issue.... No, I think I get it.
