So how many more months do I need to pay R700 for an unshaped business account that performs worse then a shaped home account?
How many more months and money must I throw down the drain until Afrihost actually lives up to its promise?
I signed up with afrihost because I was willing to pay for a truly Unshaped business account. Yet your accounts are not performing as promised on your website. This is blatant false advertising.
The fact that you are sincere about it and promising that when Telkom flip the switch everything will be good, that means nothing to me. I am not interested in Telkom this, Telkom that, capacity this, capacity that. It is not my problem.
Your business offerings should always be performing at it's absolute best. It's what we pay a premium price for. End of story.
If Afrihost cannot ensure that it's business offerings are performing then this needs to go to the ASA.
Sort your business accounts before Afrihost gets into anymore trouble.
I understand your frustration, but I think nothing gets better when we engage each other in this way. Progress happens through conversations and we'll only get where we all need to go when we work together. If the legal route is how you'd prefer to deal with things, that is always your option to pursue.
I personally prefer to talk to my suppliers, understand their challenges and work out how we can move forward (if we can). It's always worked for me, and at the end of the day it's less frustration and hostility in the long run.
Just my personal opinion though
