My 8Mb/s business account has flown like the MH370 since March. Grahamstown is 130km East of Port Elizabeth and tracerts to anywhere go through the Cape Town IPC.

I wonder if a hasty tweak to the clientzone was needed to prevent jeanres from repeatedly reactivating his account.

I can only assume the developers have had to put some form of emergency functionally in to ease such a process in future.![]()
Well, good luck with you future ISP adventures. I guess I will be sticking with Afrihost as long as the IPC upgrade pans out... and if I can avoid getting cancelled. Full speed on my account after 5/6 weeks of rubbish will probably brighten my mood and my now tarnished opinion of Afrihost.
Ye, I am hoping the IPC upgrade goes as planned. If so i will be sticking around as well, unless my opinion/views have gotten my name into a little black book![]()
