should have posted in the business thread with regular dsl and no link can see the updates in windows update but they dont come down

That way you save some cash and test the VOX network without having to cut Afrihost dead till you have decided which is best.

This sounds pretty good, do you know by when I would have to cancel the Vox accounts if I am not happy with it? Obviously this is so I won't have pay double one month or sit without internet for a month

That is a good question and one I can't answer. It is a month by month contract but nowhere does it mention a cancellation period, not even in the FAQ. You would need to contact VOX and ask them.

If you, or anyone else, finds out could you post here.

That is a completely different product, please refrain from using this thread for it. Check the first page for the rules that are specific to this thread.

The discussion started in this thread it should be allowed to conclude in this thread, it is Afrihost related as the OP is trying to find out how to cancel an alternate ISP in order to use Afrihost.

Seriously need some help / intervention.
Latency is jumping around. Packet Loss. Speeds are erratic.
Tracert shows issues at Hop 3. Timeouts galore :(

Good morning Afriman. I just cancelled my 50 + 50 capped and my Afrihost +. Both said it will only be cancelled on 31 Aug. Surely that should be 31 July?

Sorry to hear you'll be leaving us :(
The cancellation should have been affective as of 31 July. Drop me a PM with the info and I can double check this for you.
 
I tried your AfriGreen account for a few days, but it is not much better than the MTN one.

I am not going to pay for a test account, while receiving this poor service, and I dont see any credit on my account yet. So I set my account on vacation mode two days ago.

I will rejoin you when you have this fixed, or cancel my account sometime in the future.
