Still absolutely horrendous here, AfriGenie said he was looking into it, could you check with him? glad to hear that some people are getting better experience though! maybe this is almost over
Hmm, things actually seem back to normal for me today... hope it lasts. Is yours still bad?

Hi Afriwhoever

Do you guys make a habit of deleting clients' support tickets?

I had an active ticket, which was deleted, and a new one, which was marked as closed.
I find it rather disgusting that you say there has been an influx of support calls and queries, and then you still take over a week to reply to a ticket. I've never seen any of my company's support guys take a week to reply to a ticket, no matter how busy they are.

We don't ever delete support tickets, even spam messages that come into our system (which we just close).

How are you seeing the ticket as being deleted? Has it disappeared from ClientZone?

Actually just got back to normal, having a few random disconnects but I think there is something wrong with the phone line!

Its not disconnecting my session.

I lag seriously in wow and it disconnects me from wow (if I am in an instance with a lot happening). Also, on teamspeak, everyones voice changes. It sounds like theyre speaking through tin cans or something. This lasts for about 5 min before I give up and change accounts. There is no disconnect from the internet at this time. Its just like international goes for a ball of poop at that time.

Having the exact same issue, Skype stays connected but wow becomes completely unplayable and then disconnects, I didnt see for how long it lasts I just connected to another ISP but it did happen again over the weekend.

Skype seems to work like P2P and stays connected when other services sometimes don't work. This has been DNS related in the past.

What DNS servers are you using? Do you experience any changes if you switch to say Google DNS?

12am Last night.

I never tested it before only after a other forum member bought it up.

I will see if I can replicate it tonight again.

We'll need to confirm 100% that it happens at the exact same time (or what times it has happened) and compare with our network logs for any changes or relevant info.

In my case it is exactly midnight, it is accurate enough that I can set my PC clock by it, and has happened for years.
That is why I made the comment about it being to update use on capped accounts as that is the explanation I was given years ago.
I have just lived with it since as I expected it.

As we are into the silly season I may well be up after midnight most of this week so I will try and test it with different ISP accounts and see if any or all are effected.

That would definitely be helpful. As I said, we should only be dropping connections every 3 days (it used to be 7 days a long time ago) so everyday seems a little unusual :(
