I've been seeing a lot of latency lately while playing Star Trek Online. 400-600ms in-game ping, spikes to a lot more.

Ping to bras.

There's a lot of hops from JHB to Cape, then EU, then USA. I'm in the North, so I know I'm not going to have super low ping, bu this makes it very difficult to play.
Mad latency on WoW as well, swopped to webafrica now,5000ms to 200ms >.>

I asked via PM about upgrading my 4mb line to something higher. Still waiting for a reply. I also asked Telkom and I kept getting ignored. A good friend of myne is further away from the exchange and only a few meters away from me and he got upgraded to a good 20mb line recently. What is the procedure on getting this done?
I can send the addresses via PM again if you like.
