Yeah but I also don't want to help sending people there if they are just going to end up with all kinds of issues.

I'm happy with them so far but I reckon everyone will be too scared to cancel with them now after all the cancellation problems. :)

Will wait and see I suppose.

I do hope that an Afrihost representative comes and reply to all the posts.
 
My cousin bought a prepaid option on 31st and on the 1st it said he was capped. Never used it.

prepaid, meaning no debit orders or activation... yesterday he switched to debit order in desperation...
 
We had intermittent glitches last month on Afrihost but it's too early to blame them - it could have been coincidental.

I have, however been told that they use IS Seacom for their bandwidth... wondering if it's teething problems with Seacom.

What would happen is the net would disappear for a couple of minutes then back again... Will see later this month if it was a once off.

Yep we have been taking a pounding with regards to our cancellation. However we are looking into sorting it out.

As I have said on every single forum. You have a problem, you message me, I fix it. Kapish?
 
Thanks Moshe - I'll PM you when I switch over to my Afrihost account later this month if I have intermittent issues like last month.
