Afrihost Mobile Speed Test

You have a good case for installing all-band antenna(s). I'm not sure which product you have but one which supports an external antenna would be needed.
 
Just got my mifi device delivered yesterday. After using this crappy CellC dongle which is as fast as a tortoise .. all I can say is WOW !!!

I got lte goodness on Wednesday night all I can say is at that speed I am gonna need more Data stat

I logged a case late September with Coverage 0839001212 told them I have 0% sometimes I pick up a tower but throughput is abysmal, so they sent the query through to the coordinator who took 7 days to SMS me that they will come and install a booster.

I waited a month for a call to make an appointment to install the booster, that appointment never came, I called the help desk four days continuously asking them to tell the coordinator to call me to make an appointed, he never called back.

I didn't leave it there, I called head office and asked to speak to (can't say) and he assured me it will get done, later that day I called the help desk again and they acknowledged that my appointment was made with the 3rd party installers, even though it wasn't!

So I called the installers and asked them to call the coordinator to log my details onto their system so they can come to my house and install the booster. The 3rd party installers called today to make an appointment for Tuesday. This took well over two months to complete. :mad:
 
Interesting topic. I ordered one of first batch of free Mifi's via the Afrihost launch special. Can anyone tell me if it's LTE compatible? I have never seen the speeds go above 7Mbps down though.
