What truly impresses me with MTN LTE is that when the service is a bit slower, it's still like 15 Mbps. The other thing is the download traffic graph - no spikes at all. Super smooth LTE.

No worries, I'm waiting for the feedback now. Will drop you a PM when I have any infoz for ya :)

Ok...so I took a walk in our street (the map shows covers on the street ... but he complex is borderline. Went all the way up but nothing :-( . No LTE. I even se the mifi to 4G only in the hopes it will grap on even if the signal is only a hint of a whisper .... but no ... nada :-(

I read someone saying on here that apparently if your MTN sim is not LTE branded it wont work? I cant remember mine being LTE branded?

Ok ... so I now also drove with my router to work ... no where did I get LTE and now here at the office also nothing. :-( . Surely I should pick up LTE somewhere....specially in the street where I walked yesterday where the map showed coverage?

Ockie why not pop into a MTN store and test it there. Have you tried the sim in a LTE enabled smartfone yet?

I dont have a LTE phone....only the LTE mifi I bought so I too can enjoy LTE with other peeps on mybb :-(

The thing is the sim is most likely in Afrihost's name ... so dont think they will help in the store. Afrihost needs to send the requests to MTN I think.
