Since I only used Afrihost Plus+ for the double data...when do I cancel AH+ so that it takes effect in the month coming without my current data being effected?

The double data will be rolled out over the next few days, so if you cancel Afrihost Plus+ it won't affect your double data - if I'm understanding your question correctly?
 
Are the current prices for capped products on the website showing with or without double data? E.g. 100Gb for R199 (actually means you will receive 200gb overall)?

Correct.
We're still rolling out changes between the product pages and ClientZone, so it'll reflect exactly what you get, officially, soon :)
 
(100GB for R199) + (AfrihostPlus for R99) + (Double Data) = 400GB for R298?

With unlimited 23:30 to 7:30 data?

You guys are going to ruin other service providers!
 
Meh I was hoping for some price cuts :whistle:

I already cant even use up 100gb a month.

And I still have a 250gb voucher lying around as well for the past 6 months.

We truly believe adjusting data allocations is a better way to go. You can always look at downgrading your package if you aren't using the data allocations?

CloudFlare Update - RESOLVED

Hi guys

Just a quick update on the CloudFlare query - we've made some adjustments on our end and seen latency come down back to normal levels.

If you see high latency to CloudFlare based sites please post some detail here.

What are your expectations around the Business product?

Better pricing for sure. We've been suckling off the back teet. Other accounts got free after hours data, double data, but we got nothing that adds value to the offering. In fact the new shaping policy actually devalues our product.

Even without a pricing drop, our Uncapped packages are still hugely competitive - not only looking at pricing, but also the experience.
If you aren't using that much data maybe look at moving over to a Capped product?

Not when there has been no movement/changes to them in years.

Based on the experience I've had the last month+ I'm just waiting to hear how this plays out. Otherwise I'm sadly moving on. Paying a premium to have an uncapped and unshaped account, only to suffer during the evenings and having shaping policies changed on you is not fun anymore. Loyalty only goes that far.
