Who am I supposed to talk to here? Afrigenie, Afriguy? Do you guys not share an account with all current issues you deal with? I am on day 5 of trying to get back online, you have had 1 semi competent staff member that I chatted to but it seems he is also not available, is your support system broken? Do issues not get handed over to the next support staff member? My line upgrade was completed on Saturday, I'm still waiting. No one seems to work there on weekends either....
