Are you also seeing similar port errors?
THIS. But mine is said to be congestion, which I am inclined to believe as well, but more and more people are complaining of the same symptoms.
Have you run any tests with our team to confirm the cause is in fact congestion?
Running through a few tests should pin-point the issue pretty quickly

Do you guys know how nice streaming was for me this morning. No buffering at all, only problem was it was at 2am and watching the NBA draft. In the evenings i just go to bed early for my beauty sleep 
Thanks for posting the results, looks like the traffic is dropping off well outside of our network though.
Odd seeing another ISP not able to replicate this though, I'd recommend shooting these results through to our Support team so we can get things checked out from there.

I find it hard to believe that this is caused by congestion. I have had no problems with my line for several months.
Things seem to be better today, should this start up again, I will post some tests....
Not aware of any overall issues, I'll see if our Network team can better read these results.
EDIT: There's a routing failure somewhere outside of our network, but we're chatting to our upstream providers to escalate the issue.

Not sure, all my pings to bras.afrihost.com and vienna.at were perfect, just don't understand why my skype and GW2 kept disconnecting. It got better towards 11pm.

International is borked in general at the moment, latency 100ms higher than normal, and packet loss of around 2-6%
Tested: Sipgate, Skype, BBC, CNN, Plycoco.de, even Standard Bank which is not international.
Edit: Packet loss climbing now at 10%, sites timing out.

International is borked in general at the moment, latency 100ms higher than normal, and packet loss of around 2-6%
Tested: Sipgate, Skype, BBC, CNN, Plycoco.de, even Standard Bank which is not international.
Edit: Packet loss climbing now at 10%, sites timing out.
