That's definitely not the case. As far as I can see, performance has been good for a long time, and I haven't seen posts of poor experience for a while. Simply taking this incident to conclude a conspiracy is really a bit strange.
Remember that Afrihost doesn't own shares in itself. The individual directors/shareholders are using their own finance to purchase back their shares, and it would be silly for MTN to let them take or borrow money from Afrihost to do that. So there is really no motivation to squeeze money out of clients - it's not going to affect that transaction in any way whatsoever, if you think about it.
With regard to support, I can say that these have not been empty promises at all. I see groups of trainees being thoroughly trained and deployed almost monthly and our team is steadily growing. We are definitely investing significantly in both getting more people and investing in quality training and support.
I think with Critical Care, they are a special unit but they can't be expected to work 24 hours a day. That's why we have 24 hour support. Otherwise, Critical Care will give you the steps to create the tests they need and you will need to run them when you notice an issue. From there, they can try to recreate it. If it requires a specific time for testing, they will make arrangements to do so, or request that our NOC's monitor the issue over that specific period.
Not trying to blow you out of the water here, Thorsten, but I think you raise some serious issues, and I want to make sure I address them for anyone asking themselves the same.
