Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

Please can someone help me with the pictures below. Unless I am reading it wrong, one "graph" is saying I have used a total of 86.94 GB (for August) while the other is saying I have used a total of 137.03 GB (for August).
Interestingly, if I divide the after hours usage by 2 and add it to my normal data cap usage I then get 86.85 which more or less matches the first graph. I believe the 86 GB not the 137 GB as I know I have not used so much yet.

I have emailed my logs to myself and it shows a total of 89.02 GB for August so far. So the 137 GB definitely seems a bit way off..........

Remember that unused DSL data links roll over from the previous month and are factored into calculations (and used up first). That being said, I'm having trouble drawing any conclusions from your screenshots. Please drop me a PM with your account info and I'll see if I can clear things up for you. :)

I just didn't want to take the thunder away from AfriGuy... ;) He's been doing a stellar job on MyBB. I'm covering for him while he's taking a well deserved break.

First month on capped so no rollover yet.

I reported the night data reporting double 6 months ago, they said I was the only one. It's still doing it but isn't worth the stress dealing with "support".

Clients with Afrigreen accounts could experience "double reporting", but it won't affect your actual link. This isn't usually the case with after hours data, though. Any tickets I can follow up on?

Speaking of, when will the AfriGreen accounts be removed in ClientZone?
I have asked twice now to have them removed, but they keep coming back a day later....

Yeh poor AG seemed knackered. Has gone off to Mauritius or has he just stayed home with a year supply of Pizza :D

This is a bit of a tricky situation seeing as so many clients are still connected to their Afrigreen accounts. If we were to just remove these accounts a lot of people's connections would drop and we would have "network outage" levels of complaints.

I know to fix this would be as simple as changing the username in your router, but this would have to be communicated very delicately and we can't guarantee that everyone will receive the announcement. For now, it's probably best to just ignore that account and carry on as normal until the powers that be have decided how to approach the issue. :)

Just don't display it as different accounts on the clientzone? I'm for keeping it username@afrigreen, no extension to memorize, etc. and I like the color green.

Wish it could be as simple as that. :( The problem is that we have half our clients connected to @afrigreen and half connected to @afrihost.co.za. Not showing one in ClientZone would naturally cause all usage graphs and info to disappear as well.

This is definitely something we ("we" as in our development team) will be looking into in the future, but is not a top priority at this precise moment in time (we've got some cool stuff in the works). The most important thing is that everyone is happily connected. :)

Again Android updates extremely slow currently. This has been going on for a while now. 5+ min to download a 3Mb update.
Speed tests and normal latency fine.

Using auto DNS

Android updates was just now reporting 59min left for 25Mb, but seems to have gone completely south now. Standing dead still with no time indication anymore.
