Switching to Telkom account and all runs fine.

Have to concur with the other guys, browsing / streaming / downloading osx updates feeling really sluggish tonight in CPT.

dont know if its Telkom or what, but i cant run a speed test, and torrents are running at 12kb/s on a 20mbps line

Well best I can manage is 400KB/s and fluctuating down for the macOS Sierra update, yet speedtest shows brilliant results

Are you sure you dont have something blocking speedtest.net? Perhaps try an alternate?

I tried the MyBB and telkom speed test, and it just times out. So not sure what is going on
