Our online team needs to grow a bit more to have a rep around on the weekends, we're already pretty stretched during the weekend. And I can only handle 5 of 7 days of the forum anyway ;)

So, what exactly went wrong this afternoon? I was down for a few minutes, but I'm curious to know what happened, as I could authenticate with no problem, but there was just no throughput

I'm not sure on the specifics, our Networking guys are busy with a postmortem at the moment.
We saw a dip in IPC traffic in the North, so what I can see from the graphs is that the contention went sky high. I'm not sure what the root cause was though.

Just an observation. Instagram videos are loading a bit slow. Usually it loads instantly. 4Mbps line. Happens a lot between 6pm - 10pm.

Sounds like an odd one, is it only Instagram that's affected?
What area are you in?

Looks like your exchange is battling a bit here. I can try a port reset for you to see if this eases things?
Drop me a PM :)

I'm in the KZN region. I also tried streaming now. Horrible :(. But the instagram issue is strange. Just do some checking for me please

The extra latency we're seeing in the region may be the cause - is there a traceroute I can take a look at?
