Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

Just this forum doesn't happen on weekends. Normal support is available.

Thank you wingnut771 for that quick answer. I guess that would be acceptable as it's a mybb forum and not Afrihost.

Thanks Bryn, ended up just having to wait, all working now. Yeah have the various addons. Streaming better now, perhaps routing or exchange.

Well done on post 144. If you did a little investigation on AH website you would see that support is 24/7. ..... Not saying anything else. Good night.

Phone support:
Mon-Fri 07:00-20:00
Sat-Sun 09:00-15:00

Perhaps do some a little investigating on the AH website. Only email is 24/7 but I'd deduct some hours as I'm still waiting.

Just saying.... nights going great thanks. Good night.

Not able to sustain a 480p stream. 6am on a Sunday. :-( yt stats for nerds say 700kbps bandwidth

Something's been broken for me since yesterday. Latency is through the roof.

Bloody hell lol. Not sure what has happened to my data though. I had over 700 gigs and nothing seems to have carried over. My data is only showing 120 gigs right now, and no AfriPlus
Lol I know right..but Im not complaining at al...at this rate I will never run out of data ....also seen some fiber rollout activity in the area and one telkom tech confirmed it, we wil be getting fiber very soon ......strange m8 but didn't they say there are issues affecting some clients regarding the rollover etc....

Also not complaining.. Have 900gigs for the month, did not even use 250gig last month..

Hey guys

New member to MyBB, long time lurker and reader though :)
Just reporting in, my DSL is rocking, and has been for ages!!

Sigh... Support contacted me, and said i have 121 gigs of data left. I know that, but thats incorrect. I have a 400 gig package. No way i used 300 gigs in 1 day.

Also nothing rolled over from 720 gigs left from September? I find that highly impossible.

I have a 1000+1000 package with Afrihost plus, I only got 2000gb and my data did not roll over from last month. So something is wrong.

The other support person told me i have 1.2tb of data.

Looking at clientzone, unless im looking at it wrong, it says i have 121 gigs remaining. It shows total data account 1.37TB but its very confusing at the moment. It shows total data used 189 gigs, but again, thats impossible in 1 day, at least for me.

Interestingly, the data links to the right, shows all my available data. But want to know what is the 121 gigs thats available.

Also data missing here, support eventually said they confirm and working on it, hopefully they fix soon. Seems you have to keep checking every month if data has rolled over or you'll lose data.

Is live chat not working :(

It shows online, but when i try and start chat, it says offline. :wtf:

Anyone Experiencing excruciating slow emails from office 365 or just office 365 in general?

We are on Afrihost uncapped business premuim?

It works fine if I switch over to my fallback Telkom LTE?

Well someone failed maths at Afrihost!

Good day X

Thank you for contacting us :)

I've had a look at your account >>

* I see you do have 2x (1000GB + 1000GB) accounts that is with the Afrihost Plus double data as well.

- [email protected] - 1000+1000 GB DSL Package
- [email protected] - 1000+1000 GB DSL Package

Everything seems to be fine with regards to the data allocation.
Kindly see attached screenshot.

Two times 500GB + 500GB of normal data was allocated.
And then two times 500GB + 500GB of double data was allocated.

A total of 2000GB were added on each of the accounts.

Morning Guys!

Our Dev Team is aware of the roll-over data not displaying correctly, and they should have this sorted out in a jiffy!

If you guys don't see the data displaying correctly by later today, you are more than welcome to PM me.
