This is my WinMTR to the same address, the packet loss is high on my one hop, but honestly, I don't know what more you expect from adsl, 215ms ping to Europe looks about right to me.

You're in Mpumalanga, he's in the cape, big difference. Guys in the cape can get 160ms to london.

Hi just putting it out there that my issue is still persistent.
Twitch been great for a while, the past two days have been really poor.
The problem has been happening around the clock, it is site wide.

PS. This was on medium settings (I usually stream on high)

Anyone else having issues getting onto mega.co.nz?
10 PM on a friday night and no streams working.
Tried a speed test and get:
whilst my router says:
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 12476 kbps 1021 kbps
Line Attenuation 13 db 4 db
Noise Margin 18 db 7 db
so Afrihost is giving me 10% of my line speed and then streams are capped at 10% of that so in total I get streaming at 1% of line speed or rather no stream as it requires 20 min to buffer one min of SD video.

I've checked with the network team and there was no reported increase in latency on the network in the South. There was also no management applied to the network during the reported times that could attribute to the increase observed.
I'll have the network team look deeper and perform tests to try and replicate your results. Kindly provide me with test performed now for comparison.

My best stream so far:
Peek is 20% of line speed and average is less than 5%.
As for throughput you can see it is all over the place, it should flatline not have gaps, peeks and troughs if streaming.
Just to dispel the usual "Exchange Congestion" argument here is the same speed test with the Telkom Account:

Happens to me as well on a few occasions.

Im on Business uncapped, runs full speed all the time.
