Afrihost New Network Feedback - Part 2

The network completely crapping itself as soon as some strain arrives is really starting to annoy me. Currently downloading at 150kbps on a freaking 4meg CAPPED account. This better be resolved by the 22nd or I'm gone for good.

I'm also not running tests anymore either. By the time the techs one day bloody get to them they've basically expired anyway.

And no. I can't just suddenly drop everything at 2pm on a work day to run some more freaking tests for you to say "Looks fine to me.".

Ran some more required test for the critical care team and they haven't even bothered confirming that they received it.

Btw, that's downloading! Not torrents which shouldn't freaking be shaped to begin with either.
 
Came back to Armored Warfare after a few months. Good to see you guys NEVER fixed the packet loss issue even after I was on the phone so many times with your network engineers to create a network profile for the game...You guys sure do know how to get people angry.
 
Hmm still unacceptably high international latency tonight again, since wednesday night. What changed on wednesday? Everything was running smoothly for weeks before that...

Same this is so frustrating, i can't game on international servers, my latency is too unstable and high. I am on a capped account.
 
Afrihost pretty poor this evening. Twitch can't even manage high and torrents are super slow (not simultaneously). Switching back to my CW account.
 
My god I can't even browse rottentomatoes... pictures take forever to load. What is up afri?

Which twitch stream? My twitch seems fine, streaming on source. 8meg capped acc

You should try and broaden your horizons a bit there, all of your posts mention the crapper.
Is there perhaps congestion in your bathroom?

Come on dude, at least be a bit more diverse with your posts.
Speed are poor, average, slow, kek - there are a number of synonyms available for use. Or haven't they taught you that yet in Grade 6?

Getting low and unstable speeds on my side (Cape Town) . Steam dl speeds oscillating between 50 and 300 kb/s (8 Mb line) usually I get about 950kb/s, struggling with youtube and downloads.

Last night (after 9 pm), I was struggling with http downloads (80kb/s on download test) but my steam dl speeds were normal. Pings are fine.

Edit: SpeedTest showing 1.8 Mbps dl speed and 0.6 Mbps up Speed
Edit: Speeds are normal again.

After running tests for 2 hours today this is what I get as a response:

Thank you for your patience and all the test.

Looking at both the Afrihost account and Webafrica they are almost the same or they take the same route.
This shows that the issue isn't our network.

Afrihost is awful atm.

Torrents: 1+MB/s on CW, <500KB/s on AH
NNTP: 4.8MB/s on CW (IS server), 700KB/s on AH
Steam download: 4.4MB/s on CW, 2.5MB/s on AH
