For a 2Mbps, the actual speed is okay, but it could probably be a bit better.

The latency looks okay as well.

Are there any services that you are having problems with?

P2P, Streaming YouTube very bouncy and speed isn't constant and it doesn't ever reach 212 Kb/ps (max) so I suspect something is wrong.

What others tests can i perform to suspect it may be the line?

A traceroute/MTR to the affected site would be ideal. Ping to bras.afrihost.com as well as a breakdown of what package you have and your region.

Also, feel free to send me a PM with your line number and account details and I'll try spot something on my side.
