We are experiencing issues using office 365 again aswell as any SSL websites and VPN(we are on a business unshaped and uncapped so this shouldnt be shaped or throttled to the point where it unusable after 3PM)

PS KZN Durban area, is this related to the issue you are currently experiencing in the area?

While the timeout happens later during the tracert you can see it jumps from 34ms to 193ms when it hits microsoft in JHB, on other ISPs (tested with Telkom ADSL) it is about 50ms.

I have an 8mbps premium account uncapped.THe one between home and business.

Did a similar trace.

We end up going via Microsoft.ixp.capetown (196.10.140.47).

reach 104.44.10.61 in about 180 ms.

Thereafter nothing --------

Maybe fault not with AH?

Telkom Lte or ISP, capped or uncapped, will have to drive home to test it again from there lol?

I'm afraid it will affect all services on our Clients connecting in the East. It looks to be a cable-break, we're working to get it repaired as quickly as possible.
 
The East is still not 100%, but far better than earlier

Gaming on your PS4 won't be shaped on our Premium Uncapped accounts, although any game downloads or updates will be shaped if needed. :)
