Not looking good... :( I believe that you are in touch with our Critical Care Team regarding your specific issue? Have you reported this info to them?

This is a different issue, but how can I get hold of Critical Care if your ticketing system is not working?

Hi AfriFella.

A bit off topic but do you have any idea what this means:

[Self2WAN ICMP type b Detected!] To prevent from revealing router's activity, this packet is drop Thursday, Apr 28,2016 19:43:17

Just saw it on my router logs.

I presume that you have the email address of our CC Team? Sending them a mail directly should still reach their mailbox. If you get a bounce back, I'll follow up with them in the morning. :)

Hey Dianyis. I must say that I'm not entirely familiar with this message, but at first glance, it just look like your router's firewall kicking in. :)

Are you using a Netgear router?

Yeah I am. First time seeing it - although I must be honest I don't usually check my logs. Don't know what made me look today.

Anyone struggling to connect to Apple App Store? Same thing on all my devices - can't connect to store. Hmm, can't get to iCloud.com either?

Download Speed: 9718 kbps (1214.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

Ah, it's International that's down, not just Apple. But not all International, CNN, Sky, iCloud etc verboten, forum.supercell.net works :)

I have not received any official feedback yet, but I'm sure we'll be able to update you guys as soon as we know more. :) How are things running for you at present?
It is better than this morning, but international is still hit and miss at times. All local traffic is perfect, but when streaming from international sites traffic just stops. I have to refresh to get back on again. Also Skype is having the same problem to the UK. Connection just stops. But a local Skype call is fine, no drops in connection at all. Trace Routes show traffic to BBC is going DBN -> JHB -> CPT -> London. I thought the East broke out at Mtunzini?

We haven't received confirmation that all the issues from this morning have been resolved (hence the fact that I don't have too much info to provide at the moment), but I can assure you that our Network Team is working around the clock to iron out any issues and get the network back to peak performance. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Yet the network status is green for KZN?

Overall, or just international? Any tests that I could look at?

Dunno. This is the MTR that Critical Care just asked for:

I'm currently flying on the Vox test account, whereas my own AH account was struggling to load sites before I switched. Streaming has also improved noticeably after the switch. Even browsing the streaming catalogue is snappier.

No guys. This is completely unacceptable. Every night? Early evening to late? Seriously? Spotty website access. Zero torrents. Shaping is one thing. This is just cripple. Had to make this post via 3G.

Your Netflix streaming is awesome though. Keep up doing what you are doing with that. :)
