okay that worked. Is DSL line down again, ie Telkom needed to sort out, or an AH issue?

nah,LOL the wind blew my ADSL line out like a candle on Tuesday night and when it started to rain it kept dropping every few minutes and has been doing so since then :cry: , Charl @TelkomZA sorted me out just waiting for the tech, telkom phoned me about 20 min ago to confirm and assign a tech, all this within 48 hours of sending Charl the msg to log a call. very chuffed with the service :)..

Charl is an absolute champ. He has sorted me out more times than I can remember.

Ditto. Great guy. If I was Charl and Charl was me, I would have told me to get lost already, because of the amount of times I have contacted him :D
 
Might just give that a go. Does the data also roll over for one month with Afrihost?

What have you been averaging per month? Maybe worth going for 100GB with Afrihost plus. 200GB + unlimited after hours is plenty for streaming.
