I don't think there will be a credit note yet, as we haven't actually submitted any charges yet, but the statement should give you an accurate reflection of the pending charge.

I checked the invoices, only one in there dated for the 1st December for the 20GB bundle

Rain can cause connection drops if there's copper/ equipment exposed. Haven't seen it affect latency before.
