My account performs without a fault during the day. I was even using the after-hours uncapped on the 1gb free account for the last few days of last month, and it worked perfectly. Don't know what happened last month. Line stats from router :

Upstream512000
Downstream4096000
SNR Margin(Upstream)12 dB
SNR Margin(Downstream)19.5 dB
Line Attenuation(Upstream)7.5 dB
Line Attenuation(Downstream)19.0 dB

Those look close to perfect. Would you mind running a quick speedtest so that I can get an idea of the speeds that you are getting now.

That's just about where we want the speedtest to be! This is very puzzling... Was last night the first time you noticed the speed of your connection drop out?
 
The Plus+ Double Data links were generated correctly on our system, the Dev Team is working on this now and should have all the links added in the next hour or so. :)

Ok - looks like the Double data client zone issues is fixed now. My Client Zone is showing the correct allocation. Thanks for getting this sorted so quickly!!!

Edit: it's a negative. 50GB still not added. Only the 20GB which was the old package. Hopefully not billed for the 20 and 50GB

Still have the afrigreen account showing on my Clientzone. Have PM'd Afriguy

The Afrigreen accounts are going to remain active for a while yet, at the moment the Afrigreen account will be identical to the regular @afrihost.co.za as both are running on the new network.
 
Why, it's not needed anymore ? Was part of a test phase which has come and gone

Quite a few Clients moved over to Afrigreen accounts during the test phase, we don't want to inconvenience anyone by disabling the accounts when we keep the accounts active without it causing us any problems.

AfriGuy did just confirm with me that your Afrigreen account has been removed from your ClientZone profile.
 
Yes, last night was the first time. I also had 2 connection drops.

I'm going to send you a DM with a test account username and password, if the same drop happens again tonight, would you mind switching to it and testing with it for 20 minutes or so?
