Sorry about that, we're seeing some issues in our DC affecting a few sites.
Is ClientZone confirming shaping? Unfortunately shaping is part of the Uncapped model and can be expected during peak hours or when the network demand increases.
Shaping has been implemented before. Again, it's part of the product.
Let's just give the new network a chance here - I feel that what's been displayed so far has been nothing short of excellent.

When you signed up, you were aware of the shaping no? If you don't want to be shaped then move to capped or business uncapped.

speeds went down the crapper at about 10:45pm changed over to vox and working full speed
Had similar experience. Am also in CPT area on 10Mbps ADSL line and no, it could not have been Telkom exchange related, as Vox worked just fine!
Just did Speedtest and AH average download speed - 2.76Mbps and on VOX - 8.74Mbps!
