I concur,

Torrents dropped at 8pm from 1.1Megabyte/s to a mere 5kilobytes/s
Google play store is has been updating Facebook for the last 20mins (20MB file)
Facebook Videos are now buffering and images do not load
Skype is connected, by calls fail
Teamviewer can't hold a connection for longer than 30 secs, and has serve lag
Standard Bank took over 30 seconds to open
CNN not opening at all
Gmail gets half way then switches to basic view, stating my connection is slow

YouTube Full speed ahead running at 12mbps
Speedtest reports no problems http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5338745786
MyBB loads fine

Thank you for confirming. So sick of this. I have been with critical care for 2 weeks and nothing has improved. They say it is an isolated case. Not by the feedback in this thread.......

And international speeds - terrible.

But speedtests show all is well.

We're looking into the specific services that you guys are having issues with, we're trying to replicate them on our side, and we'll hopefully be able to figure out what is going on.

Gmail was a bit slow at times earlier, everything seems to be performing now. Thanks you AH.

And international speeds - terrible.

But speedtests show all is well.

I have had the same issues on Business Uncapped for the last couple of weeks. Around 7-8PM my connection slows to a crawl - P2P and some international services. HTTP downloads and youtube mostly run at full speed. Around 11PM it usually comes back to life again. Bizarre.

Are there any international services in particular that I can look into for you?
 
We will do, but please also keep the call open with our Critical Care team - it's best to consolidate all your info there.

Right now not having much of an issue, usually issues start to arise around 22:00.

Watching at source quality with the playback rate around 4500Kbps.

Managed to test a little after 22:15 last night, but this particular stream didn't seem to be live.
Tested a few others and have good throughput on 720P streams. 1080P completely saturated my line (I'm on 10Mbps) so there was buffering every 5 mins or so. From my 720P stream tests though, throughput peaked at around 860KB/s.

YouTube runs 1080P without any issues at similar throughput values to what Twitch needs on 720P.
 
fuk, telkom needs to replace another backbone cable:cry:, this time its the cable feeding my entire street...tech just phoned me now, they ordered a new cable, but no ETA on when the cable will be here.
 
Tried to order a capped account with line a few times today, keep on getting technical error has occurred, close this to try again :( hmmf...
