The only thing that will shake Afrihost to the core and wake them up is if customers start demanding refunds. Trust me money talks.

It lasts, at least it does for me.

Yeah - we hear every day how great it is for you. But yours seems to be the exception - an anomaly, if you will.
And while I am happy fot you that you are getting good service - I don't really care.
I am not getting the service I am paying for and therefore I have a problem.

It's absolute crap again tonight. So glad I'm out at the end of this month.

So what you saying is kinda the following: Sorry to hear about your problem, we cant help you at the moment, thank you for your payment this month and hang in there for another month or so, the "new network" might fix your problem.

Yes.
Afrigreen has been setup for this exact reason - to tackle the current issues being seen and fix them.

Really, where does that leave your customers that have dysfunctional internet right now?

We're doing our best to provide he best possible experience to our clients now.
That experience can only improve going forward. Something we've stressed from the beginning of the POC setup.

Seriously, your network status has been orange for so long I don't even think that it changes colour. In my opinion it should be red ...

AH should be taken to court for service delivery failures

It's been orange, yes.
But as mentioned many times before - Afrigreen was here to test what is going to be implemented. So we're on the road to recovery here.

I do understand.
I can't pass compensation though, that's something that's up to management - and I'm sure they'll make a good decision around it. If you do want to log a dispute, you'll need to do so via our Accounts team.

I did, they suggesting I email Gian remember, like that will do anything
