The same results over two separate IPCs may need a little more troubleshooting - do you have a backup ISP account you can test with?
Again, with the production network pushed out live we should see these issues firmly in the past.
Igor III did test with WebAfrica and the results were much better.

I am not sure what you are asking to be brutally honest.

I have tested the same IP address on a WebAfrica account and it revealed normal latency - what is implied by the term backup ISP account?

P2P dead on both accounts for me as well, torrents don't even start up for me on green, just dead.

Red starts up at least but not getting more than 5kbps.

Speed tests show same results as last night capping off at around 5/6Mbps ...

This is utter crap ...

There have been many occasions were Afrigreen has performed extremely well. It has't been doom and gloom from day 1.

Just a pity it did not last. Consistency seems to be beyond Afrihost's reach.

According to AfriGuy your current problems should be viewed against how well Afrigreen worked previously and how well the new network will work in the future. The present does not matter. Just keep paying.

Sorry, that is what I was referring to as a backup ISP.
I'm confident we'll see better results through the roll out of the production network.

AfriGreen is dead for me. Browsing, p2p, torrents, steam, gaming all ridiculously slow.
AfriRed working 100% for me however. Don't have the time to post traces just wanted to mention that I have a working AfriRed.

Afrigreen was never setup as a permanent solution though.

Thus far it appears that Afrihost in general was not setup as a "permanent solution". The only thing that is consistent is your billing.

We're aware that Afrigreen is bogged down a bit.
Best to use your regular account for now.

We've stressed the point that Afrigreen was a stepping stone to bigger things to come though - the production network is being setup to tackle these exact issues.
Afrigreen has served it's purpose though, and it's done it really well.

So what you saying is kinda the following: Sorry to hear about your problem, we cant help you at the moment, thank you for your payment this month and hang in there for another month or so, the "new network" might fix your problem.

Is my interpretation correct?

Really, where does that leave your customers that have dysfunctional internet right now?

In s*** street. But yeah we must maar just keep on paying.
I really am getting tired of this.
We also hear how great things are going to be but we don't actually quite get there. And if we do, it doesn't last.

Are we going to be crap out of luck again when the "new" AH finally launches and then we have to wait for AfriBlue to get that working ...

Seriously, your network status has been orange for so long I don't even think that it changes colour. In my opinion it should be red ...

AH should be taken to court for service delivery failures

It lasts, at least it does for me.
