I do apologise for the inconvenience. I've had a look at your account. I see that you upgraded you account from a Mobile500 to a Mobile5. Afrihostplus benefits are allocated once. The Afrihost benefits were allocate on this account on when the account was a Mobile500.

This is not the first time -name redacted- has just simply brushed me aside.
I upgraded one of my sims from Mobile 500 to Mobile 5, then 5 minutes later once clientzone showed it was done I signed up for Afrihost Plus, which only allocated 500MB of double data.
Invoices have the time stamps to prove it, what a useless bunch you guys have become.
Never mind you charged me twice for some accounts, and a credit that vanished.
It is like talking to a wall, no point.
Do you know which port that Teamspeak server is using? Is it the standard TS port (9987, I think)?
Afaik, its running on port :9555
As for performance last night, it was fairly shoddy at first, but it seemed to get a bit better as the night went on - from 12% loss to about 5% at about 1am
Normally, I would think that its an overloaded exchange, but as soon as I go over to my normal Afrihost account (non afrigreen) things are fine, apart from high latencies, and if I jump onto a capped account from pretty much any ISP (including afrihost) the performance is perfect.
Afrigreen for me is useless at the moment - switched back to Afrired and get full line speed.
Browsing, couldn't run a speedtest, google play store updates, youtube buffered at 240p.
Yeah - using default dns.Youtube appears to have been problematic last night, but my speedtests and Google Play updates were running okay.
Are you using the default AfriGreen DNS? Can you please send me a PM with your AfriGreen username, I want to ask our Team to check up on it.
Last night the network wasn’t what I have come to expect from AfriGreen. YouTube was sluggish and constantly buffered. I tested downloading the Windows 10 media creation tool from Microsoft’s website but it was at a dreadful ±57KB per second. It only got better after 22:00.

I totally understand your frustration and there is definitely cause for concern from what you have posted, I would need to investigate.
I would like that you omit the individual's name from your post. Whatever mistakes we make on the job, we're all human and have a right to dignity. I'll definitely take this forward with this agent concerned, but I would personally appreciate if you would remove that from your post
