Just for the record not my experience - mailed them last week Thursday and received an automated ticket number within a few minutes (Also pm'd Gian on the forum).
Having had no further response from either their accounts department or Gian by today I called and was told that their records do not show anything outstanding. However to date I have not had any formal response from the accounts department to let me know that the ticket had been cleared and the mistake rectified or any response from Gian which is somewhat disappointing.
That sucks mikef. I've had excellent service from them so far. The account problem I had was sorted out very quickly and I asked them a hosting question and they replied within minutes. This was all last week.
