Afrihost problem

I have had a problem with Afrihost and am looking for advice on recourse available to me. I am a SMB and have used Afrihost for about 5 years. Had ADSL line, Fibre, Hosting and ISP. On Sunday 25th they locked my account and subsequently have closed down my services. I have tried unsuccessfully to find out the reason. They are not responding to any emails and telephone calls to them are stonewalled. At best I am told by accounts that I am a security risk. That is just too weird after five years. My website is simply a plain old shop window, unchanged for years. The devastation to my business has been the loss of connectivity. At the time they shut me down I had ordered a new service, a Cel C fixed LTE. I have no idea how that could trigger this.
At the moment I am scrambling to make alternative arrangements.
There must be some legal recourse I can take, but I would prefer to use someone who specializes in this type of thing. Perhaps someone knows someone?
I cannot accept that in this day and age this is acceptable corporate behavior. I could understand this in the Helkom's heydeys, but surely not now in 2018.
