@AfriNatic Are you guys seeing any higher than normal traffic on the Frogfoot NNI?
I tried to get someone to log it with Tier 3 to log with their Metro Ethernet team but they are not budging. They are sending a tech.
Our NNI usage is currently at 51% with a max peak of 59% of total capacity. I checked the NNI for any errors and there are no errors. I checked speeds from our CPT core it's fine no loss or errors. The gateway device looks normal no issues at all.

Let me know what the tech says. I see our brothers in blue managed to get some feedback. If the issue still continues I will esc to the next tier and so on.

Had a support tech call. First thing they suggested the issue might be is my line is getting throttled...

Nope, all lights are on. Just completely lost connection suddenly.

Same - Welgevonden - Frogfoot.
I fear this could be a breakage due to the roadworks next to the R44 for the Voliere estate. VodaCom seems to be up still. Last fibre break caused by Herotel in Cloetesville took down both Frogfoot and VodaCom.

Not that I was aware of, had quick look at the my firewall logs and it looks normal for last night.
