Good morning @Afrigirl, I don't have internet since Thursday and haven't received a satisfactory answer as to the progress of the fault. How far along are OpenServe with the fault?

My fault reference is UNN-749-13941

Could you please check the status of the fault and of my line? Thank you in advance!

PS. The Afrihost is also buggy, almost every time I enter the app, I have to relogin and await the OTP.

Fault reference with Openserve 12BRK091123.
I have requested for a technician to be sent out, please note that they will call you or send an SMS before they dispatch the tech.

We lost ALL Openserve ipc and transit in Durban. Looks like an outage on Openserve side though but the team is investigating.

AfriGirl any ETA of when my ticket about latency to Valorant London servers going to be attended to? Ping to Speed test servers is normal 160 just Valorant is the issue it seems

Hi there, what was the cause for the massive cut last night with opernserve for KZN?
 
Youtube buffering a bit my side. Vuma JHB. Speedtest looks good, ping plotter shows some loss but not all the way through.

Please install ipvfoo on the browser and open YouTube. We would like to see where the content is coming from.
