Hi, I'm also feeling this YouTube buffering during the night. It's been happening 3 days now. I thought it was just my device but used my computer and secondary one and it was struggling on 1080p on all my devices. Lower it's fine but not quick enough. Is there any way to test this? Speed tests seems to be fine. Octotel

Could this be ipv4 related? Since I don't have any issues here in the cape and that test url returns an ipv6 for me to your cache in cape town.

possible but we can't tell for sure because both ipv4 and ipv6 as per those results are from the exact same server

Just came here to let everyone know that I'm having the youtube buffer issues as well. Even a family member asked me about it saying that it buffers on her phone.

Are you in CPT as well?

We have logged it with Google Global Cache team and will provide feedback as soon as received.
