Hey @Afrigirl @AfriNatic
Are you able to check this FF ticket out tomorrow? (1335002) Family friend been having issues for a while now where the download speeds are 1mbps, and uploads are fine.
Whatsapp support managed to log a ticket earlier today (Very helpful Agent), just want to make sure FF comes to the premises to check the degraded Fibre levels ASAP
Thanks again

Hey Afripeeps @Afrigirl @AfriNatic
Youtube seems back to it's old shenanigans. Buffering like crazy. Is something broken again?
Thanks a lot, appreciate it!I have replied to the ticket asking for the vlan to be moved to our quieter vlan to see if there is any improvement in speeds.
Well it is absolutely farked on my side! Not seeing any issues currently. Our caches are performing as expected.
Noticed this too, disabled my adblock and it seems to be running smooth againWell it is absolutely farked on my side!
I only use MiBox for YT so no adblock. All other services Netflix Disney etc works perfectNoticed this too, disabled my adblock and it seems to be running smooth again
Does Afrihost have a peering agreement or you guys just depend on what they generally advertise as routes? So those IP's do not live in SA so the traceroutes are correct. Cloudflare decides what they announce to us in SA at NAP peering points. Since these IP's live in the UK and Pakistan it is probably Cloudflare or the website that decided not to enable ZA CDN.
Cloudflare will not announce their ranges that reside outside South Africa to us at NAP Peering points so we use our transit to reach these IP's
wifi or lan connected?anyone else experiencing really slow speeds (Durban)? I get fast when i go via cloudflare but slow when normal.
Getting 1.4MBps down, I'm on a 50 line.
Please use speedtest.net and conduct the test through LAN connection.anyone else experiencing really slow speeds (Durban)? I get fast when i go via cloudflare but slow when normal.

I did both lan and wifi, all the same. I see it's now corrected itself though, strange, youtube was buffering badly on the phone too, but through cloudflare it worked no issue. Please use speedtest.net and conduct the test through LAN connection.
Please test again, now.I did both lan and wifi, all the same. I see it's now corrected itself though, strange, youtube was buffering badly on the phone too, but through cloudflare it worked no issue.
Ok, so currently down is great but up is 4mbps on international. Something that will pass?
