Hi.So I have tried to resolve this with support but they seem stuck on the fact that it must be an issue with my fiber provider when I am providing clear evidence that the issue is with Afrihost routing. This is from Parow, Cape Town.
So my local ping latency is quite high at the moment.
If I ping 1.1.1.1 this is what it is.

Doing a trace show that the latency is occurring on the 5th hop onward.

Hello.Since the outage this afternoon (and for a bit before that), I've had abysmal performance from my 500mb line. Maybe I can squeeze 5mbs out of it with higher than usual latency.
Actual work, like pulling docker containers, apt/apk installs are extremely slow.
It feels like the line is throttled or there is extreme congestion.
Tests from my side yes: speed.cloudflare.net, speedtest.mybroadband.co.za, ping tests:Hello.
