As the evening progressed, things improved. I assume this not to be fixed, but temporary relief from severe congestion somewhere.

Hi all.
East London, Beacon Bay POP is down. (Vuma)

My international upload on Openserve seems to cap out at around 5Mbps. Wtf. Tested with multiple servers and with Backblaze.

Been getting this with webafrica/openserve as well. 6mbps up max international, for a few days now

Hi Afrigirl, been getting really bad upload speeds for last few days on Openserve 200/200 in PE

Ping: 11ms
Download: 195.42Mbps
Upload: 54.03Mbps

Hi Afrigirl, On Saturday we had no Internet due to a break in the Fiber at Raceway (Metro Fiber), After being down the entire day they managed to fix it but since then we had Issues at night during peak Hours where my latency would constantly be 100+ms, I have a 1000/500 line but its barely hits 15Mb at Night

I'm Hardwired running 1Gbs Directly to the router, Starts around 6pm and is much better after 10pm at night, Tried logging tickets with the helpdesk and all they do is ask me to reboot the router and ONT.

Please help as I'm doing remote work During this time and I'm not able to work

Sounds like capacity issues during peak hours, MetroFibre don't like admitting to that, Afrigirl will need to push them hard on this issue, had this myself in PE. Took them 2 weeks to admit it was their fault
