Thank you. We can't see any issue on the cache. It's clean and working well, no drops, nothing.2c0f:f4c0:230d:6aa0:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx => afrihostza-cpt2 (2c0f:f4c0:230c::/47)
Thanks for checking, it's been behaving since my last bitching session:I had a look I don't see anything concerning on our cache. We have 2 cache servers in Teraco that fills from our JHB, CPT and JHB Google NNI and the fill has 100% fill rate no restransmits so even if content is uncached it should be good still.
Can you confirm if you are still served from the DUR cache?

Hi.@Afrigirl
Just checking...I signed up for a new fibre install at a new address, the signup procedure made it seem like no billing would occur until it had been established that fibre services were live & available at this location but I was billed R249 as soon as the signup was complete?
So what happens if next week it's determined that I can't get fibre at this premises - is that refunded?Hi.
The router delivery fee is billed as soon as the order has been placed successfully with the FNO.
You wouldn't be able to signup for Fibre at your place if it wasn't available, as your address is checked when the order is being processed, so if for some reason they can't go through with the order, they will have to refund you as it wasn't your fault unless you made a fault somewhere in the processSo what happens if next week it's determined that I can't get fibre at this premises - is that refunded?
Yes, it will be refunded if the FNO does not proceed with the installation and you have no other provider. So what happens if next week it's determined that I can't get fibre at this premises - is that refunded?
Ja I just know from previous experience when it comes to business parks etc. it's sometimes a bit hit & miss - signup says it's fine but then there's an issue when the fibre team arrive to check physical access. You wouldn't be able to signup for Fibre at your place if it wasn't available, as your address is checked when the order is being processed, so if for some reason they can't go through with the order, they will have to refund you as it wasn't your fault unless you made a fault somewhere in the process
For which FNO did you sign up for?Ja I just know from previous experience when it comes to business parks etc. it's sometimes a bit hit & miss - signup says it's fine but then there's an issue when the fibre team arrive to check physical access.
Only Octotel was available for this address. For which FNO did you sign up for?
Please note that some FNOs dont allow us, as Afrihost, to place an order for a Business unit. Because we only offer FTTH.
Please share the order number.Only Octotel was available for this address.

We have lost our primary links between CPT <> JHB. Clients will experience increased latency and packet loss as we automatically rerouted to our backup links.
I never had issues with YT, and we're both on MFN and Afrihost in the same city. Weird. Thanks for checking, it's been behaving since my last bitching session:
