This evening has been very bad with regards to packet loss on frogfoot (Somerset West, old Route networks)

I'm considering moving my ISP to Afrihost (they have most of my other comms work, mobile, hosting etc already). I have frogfoot fibre in already. Anyone done an ISP change? How does it work, how long off line etc?
When did they last raise their prices? My current ISP has just raised theirs citing an increase from Frogfoot.

Frogfoot did a price increase for everybody, depends if your ISP is going to absorb the increase or if they can't will have to transfer that to the customer. You have to give a 1 month calendar notice to your current ISP. Downtime can be anywhere up to 48 hours, but is usually done pretty quickly. Unfortunately it is up to Frogfoot how quickly it is done
