edit: false alarm, someone cleaning by the router and turned the plug off.

Any updates? Supposed to be going into a demo with a client at 4
 
At what point does MetroFibre's promised "95% uptime" lead to refunds for down time… Definitely been a few times down this year.
 
Metro hasn’t been stable these past few months with NLD going down and random cuts…

Hi

MetroFibre Eastern Cape is completely down. It's isolated due to multiple NLD down.

Primary NLD to CPR Liquid Telecoms is down
Backup NLD to CPT via JHB Liquid Telecoms is also down.
No ETA yet.

On another note. We are also impacted from JHB due to multiple NLD failures and have removed Liquid telecoms transit from JHB. Clients will experience increased latency to international.
 
It just got marked as resolved on afrihost's network tab but it is still down??
