MetroFibre Dev has started migrating all our 50 and 100Mbps clients to the 400Mbps promo. If we haven't manually allocated the promo to you it should be done automatically soon.

Had some issues in the past with instagram reels and constant buffering just this app however on many different devices YouTube works fine

No packet loss on line tested using PingPlotter

Today it was buffering as well tried cloudflare warp still buffered but tried my VPN hosted on oracle Jhb and buffering stopped and hasn’t showed up until I turned the VPN off

Any idea what could be happening ?

Not seeing any outages or issues anywhere on the network.

Can you try to do a trace route to one of the IP's serving data for instagram to see if there is maybe loss of some sort to it.

Went away hoping to come back to fibre that actually works. Still have low download speeds and regular packet loss to EU servers. At this point I am ready to cancel my service because I am not getting what I pay for and I cannot game online with constant packet loss.
