Hi.
Hi.
Please send me a PM so I can check the status of the POP. There have not been any Network Incidents reported from Vumatel.

Yes, it will work.@AfriNatic @Afrigirl my MIL has the
ZTE MF286C LTE Wi-Fi Router
from Afrihost, will the Gizzu UPS that AH sells work on it?

I'm having a similar issue but I'm in Cape Town and with Vumatel. Been going like this for the last 3 hours.Edit (15:10): Seems to be back to normal now...consistent for about 10 minutes, hopefully it lasts.
Any known issues with OpenServe in Centurion?
I've been having intermittent connection and speed issues since around 8PM last night.
It works fine for a while, then it stops working completely, and then it settles on dial-up speeds for the rest of the time - with 5-10 second delays before pages in the browser even start loading, and timeouts all around.
I'm on 250/125mbps and this is my current speedtest result (upload failed completely)

I had the same problem. Basically, every time you go down during loadshedding you send them pics of your router and ONT. Then, when loadshedding is over and you're back on, they (sometimes) respond by saying hey, everything looks normal to us.
There definitely is a communication breakdown between them and vumatel they should look at. I also deeply regret moving into an area only covered by vumatel.I had the same problem. I've had that for at least two weeks, they've provided ZERO tangible feedback, not even a heads up that the problem has been resolved (Vumatel replaced batteries, which I saw in a WhatsApp message forwarded to me by a neighbour).
Not even an indication of network problems on the network status page despite the whole neighbourhood being affected.
Ignore the customer, he'll get tired and just wait and be happy when he's online again.
Looks like it's back for now.Is Vuma Village down in Pineslopes Lone Hill area?
@Afrigirl @AfriNatic when will you offer 1000mbps/500mbps on Metrofibre? Yours is only 1000mbps/250mbps
