Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Hi. For the past 3 days i am finding just to load a webppage takes times. i have done a speed test and i can confirm the result are correct. but when loading a webpage like mybroadband.co.za just for the site to come up take more the 10 seconds and that excluding some images. i then tested youtube and the tumbnails take 3 to 5 seconds to come up. i am not even talking about playing a video.infact its any site i visit just to come up take a very long time to what is use to be. something seem different. can Afrihost please investigate and resolve this.
i have tried both ipv6 and 4

Are you using a lan cable? FNO? Area?

after some outages affecting Lenasia recently the issue has start to happen. like i said when doing a speed test i get the correct speeds. however to open any site takes a long time compared to before the openserve outage. please can we look into this

There is currently an outage affecting the greater Gauteng and Bloemfontein. It's also affecting or data centre links between Gallo Manor and Teraco.

Your mtr looks good though. I would have expected to see some loss which could cause an issue with slow websites. Are you using any other DNS perhaps?
