i will say since i moved to ip6 my buffering on streaming platforms are non as i stream internationally

What is non? I use RD with Kodi/Seren (movies/series). What streaming platforms you talking about?
It doesn't help to increase that max concurrent tcp sessions right?

no it does not help. i went as far as changing a laptops tcp setting as well to test.
Are you based in East London?
I can't see any remaining notices but Frogfoot hasn't cleared the notice yet so it might still affect some clients.
