Yup, I'm also Vuma Villages- my packet loss was finally gone for 1 day and tonight it's back again.

Sorry for the late reply.

There was a fibre break in the East rand that took the main NLD down to Teraco which caused the degraded speeds.
 
Latency to europe once again 20ms higher from durban, 1 day 160ms next day 180ms and so much jitter ranging from 172ms - 186ms. This is really annoying, never know what kind of gaming experience i will have from 1 day to the next. Using the VPN only gives 5ms less, but when ping is normal the VPN is higher
 
I see MFN complexes and normal MFN 50 Mbps got different pricing. Is complexes saved from the 50 Mbps price hike, or is it still going to update?

There are no price differences between MFN and MFN Complexes packages.

ONT has been replaced already. A new test account has been given for more tests to be conducted so we can submit them for an investigation to be open for the NLD link in the area.

I understand that it is frustrating to the client when they are required to run several tests over and over again; however, each FNO has their own escalation Matrix and majority of the time, we need to submit these tests as proof as well as provide more clients experiencing the same issue for the FNO to carry out investigations.
