Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Funny enough at my MILs down the road it doesn't seem to have same 5 meg problem :/
Ignore the low speeds, on WiFi but the fact I can hit that upload on WiFi is better than what I'm getting at home on a new line Screenshot_20230522_190147_Speedtest.jpg

Now that you mentioned wifi, strange I get better international upload speeds on wifi compared to a cable.

Curious which browser you using to do the test? If Edge try Chrome, Chrome seems to be a lot better.

@AfriNatic - would your "save up to R5000" promotion cover the cost of an early line release on migration from a current ISP on Octotel?

Hi.

If your current ISP is charging you a cancellation fee, and you have settled it. we credit you the amount of the cancellation fee from the R5000 promotion. Proof of payment will need to be submitted to our Accounts Team.

I was referring to the calendar notice period payment if I didn't want to sit on their service for another month, but I'd assume that answer means you only cover a cancellation fee, thanks.
