I'll bet @Frogfoot Fibre never approach you / other ISPs with deals? We are working on them, more information to follow once available.
Unfortunately, I don't have a definite answer to that. But I do know that when a FNO launches a promo, we extend it to our clients the best possible way.I'll bet @Frogfoot Fibre never approach you / other ISPs with deals?
Do you ever expect them to?
In the 1 year + I've been actively following the fibre threads / looking at ISP websites, it's only ever MetroFibre and Openserve that seem to offer anything other than the standard.
Frogfoot, for the last year at least from what I've seen, nothing.
Ya'll got anything for us vumatel customers? We are working on them, more information to follow once available.
Response appreciated, even though it doesn't look hopeful concerning @Frogfoot FibreUnfortunately, I don't have a definite answer to that. But I do know that when a FNO launches a promo, we extend it to our clients the best possible way.

Hello.@Afrigirl Are there any issues in PTA East on Openserve?
Family members connection is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo.
Not sure. @Afrigirl could you please summarise the new speeds and prices? Also just got the OpenServe notice. But no pricing changes for the other packages confirmed. I wanted to upgrade today or tomorrow to a 100Mbps package. Will that now be 100/75 at the current 75/50 price R747?
This was/is just a promo and not the new prices afaikI'm confused:

The promo excludes the 300/100 and 500/250 Mbps package@Afrigirl will the 500/250 also be upgraded?
Any updates about this?@frost717 Metrofibre confirmed the cause of the intermittent service in the last few days in PE. They have 2 NLD links down due to fibre breaks, and traffic has been routed via an alternative path.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA given yet.
Higher packages gets shafted once again...
