Afrigirl, just received my free upgrade notice. Will the price stay the same (as stated in email) or is there fine print somewhere I need to read? Thanks. PS, my uploads are still 1meg up.

Hello.
The prices will remain the same, your speeds will move to 50/25Mbps.

I have logged a new fault with Openserve for the low upload speeds.
Ref 104BNK311023.
 
I have a question, recent weeks, the connection is a little strange, For the real-time game, it suddenly disconnects and reconnects again. For web browsing, suddenly said can't connect to the site and then reconnect a while later.

why? is that anyone having the same issue?

PS: more than 1 device happened in the same way, (android phones, winxp, win10 and win11) all are the same.

(happened with connection adsl and fibre)

any idea?

Which router are you using?
Did you use the same router for DSL and fibre?

It's the Dlink. Let me check with warehouse if they have any Huawei refurbs. I am suspecting that the router may be causing the instant drops.

It is not about compatibility. The device is old, and I noticed that a previous client had the same issues but on Openserve and switching from a Dlink helped.
You can try to update to the lastest firmware of the dlink.
